Now, this is the hardest type of group to decide with. It helps for those loners to feel a part of something and to pick up the beat of the party and get everyone all involved in something together.ģ- LITTLE BIT OF BOTH: This type of group might have a significant group of friends with a few loners here and there. People feel awkward not knowing anyone, and there tend to be a lot of little groups and a few loners. In this case, conversation is almost always at a loss. But, if it is a group of friends or family that gets together regularly, then everyone might already be caught up, and need some other form of entertainment, so then I would say DO a game.Ģ- NOT MANY ASSOCIATIONS WITH EACH OTHER, JUST WITH THE PERSON OF HONOR: These types of groups can be a bunch of different sets of friends from different times in the person of honor's life, some from High School, some from College, some from work, a few neighbors, and a few family members. In these types of situations, games can only get in the way, and are more of an inconvenience to the guests than entertainment. There are three different types of crowds, and I'll tell you my opinion with each.ġ- ALL FRIENDS/ FAMILY: When you have a group of people who are all very close, and even this depends, sometimes all they want to do is get together and chat, catch up, and talk. That is the question! Here is my personal opinion on party games. Just head over to my Flashcard resource page, and grab those! Then you can save them to a USB or upload them online to your photo center and pick them up within the hour! I love having these on 4×6 photo paper.Party Games at Showers. You can CLICK HERE to download your very own FREE animal identification cards! They come two to a page for a total of 10 animals!Īfter making this resource – I ended up recreating it so you could print the Animal Matching Cards right through your local photo department. Also, with the cards either facing you or the toddler (whoever sees the animal) makes the animal noise and the other has to guess what animal it is.Can they find the animals on the zoo map? Can they match the animal identification cards to the real-life animal? It helps keeps kids focused and on a mission. A really fun activity for younger and older children is taking these cards along with you to the zoo! How many animals can you match? You can even take a picture of your child by each animal exhibit. For older children, they can be used as inspiration for drawing their own animals. They would make adorable wall art in a playroom or bedroom.Laminated I think they would be an awesome matching activity! Spreading the cards out on the floor, and having your toddler find an animal figurine that matches each card. I created these animal identification cards with versatility in mind. You can find these little people animals a lot at yard sales! I thought it would be great to make some animal matching cards to go along with the bin of animals. One of the bins I brought upstairs was an entire bin of little people animals and workers. Two days ago I ventured down into our basement and started to bring up the bins of baby/toddler toys that Hudson could start using. There are so many variations that can be used in a fun and educational way with children up to Kindergarten age! These Animal Identification cards were a hit for both of my boys when they were younger.
